Jeffrey comes with 15 years of diverse human resources experience. He has a degree in accounting and combines that with HR experience and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification to give a business perspective keeping people and the bottom line in mind.

He has recruited, with success, in multiple industries. Positions have included accountants, software developers, information technology/systems, chemical engineers, medical staff including physicians, sous chefs, business managers, and much more.

His HR knowledge expands across employee relations, coaching and progressive discipline, benefits administration and negotiation, workers comp, compliance, compensation structure, business plan writing, employee engagement, recruiting and on-boarding, payroll, and other aspects. His background from retail to private jet catering, medical to engineering, and other business lines allow him to give multiple perspectives on business needs, strategies, and goals.
